BENZ VCI Strip:Ensure the effortless protection of your tubes, pipes, and conduits with BENZ VCI Strips. Specifically crafted for storage or shipping purposes, these strips leverage advanced VCI technology to safeguard interiors from corrosion, eliminating the need for expensive internal coatings. Flexible strips, available in diameters ranging from 6 mm to 12 mm, consist of extruded low-density polyethylene infused with a proprietary VCI compound, delivering comprehensive protection for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. To use BENZ VCI Strips, simply insert them into the tube or pipe, cap or seal, and observe the rapid saturation of the enclosed space with corrosion-inhibiting vapors. Even in high humidity conditions, our Tube Strips effectively arrest the corrosion process, ensuring the prolonged life of your valuable metal assets.

Installation of BENZ VCI Strips is a simple process. Insert the VCI Strip into a ferrous tube or pipe, securely cap the ends, and let the VCI molecules diffuse, saturating the air inside and protecting internal surfaces from corrosion. BENZ VCI Strip items are free from residue and powder, and removal is quick—uncap the pipe or tube and extract the VCI Strip. For extended storage protection, BENZ VCI Strip can be used in combination with BENZ corrosion inhibitor liquids and packaging.
